Roast leg of Welsh lamb flavoured with garlic and rosemary
Roast loin of pork with apple sauce and crackling
Rocket and couscous pancake filled with broccoli cream and cheese and roasted tomato sauce

Dark chocolate truffle served with fruits of the forest and sweet crème fraiche
Tarte au citron served with Chantilly whipped cream and amoretti biscuits
